Tips and Tricks

This is a Wetter Dough

A wet dough improves the texture of your pizza, move quickly using flour as necessary.

Rise Time

Rise time will depend on room temperature. Dough rises faster in warmer conditions.

Pizza Stone Tip

Get your pizza stone very hot. Preheat it for 30 minutes at your oven's highest setting.

Pizza Peel Tip

Dust your peel with cornmeal and shimmy the pizza back and forth as you add toppings to prevent sticking.

Plan Your Pizza Night:

Thaw Time: 5 hours – 10 hours

Preheat Time: 10 mins or 30 mins (pizza stone)

Shape Time: 5 mins

Pizza Instructions:

1. Thaw dough for 10+ hours in fridge, or for 5 hours at room temp

2. Remove dough from the bag by turning it inside out onto a generously floured clean working surface.

3. Shape dough into a ball and cover with plastic wrap or a clean towel and allow the dough to rise for 1.5-2 hours

4. Preheat oven to 500°F

5. Shape dough with floured hands or roll with a rolling pin on floured surface

6. Place dough on a pan with parchment paper or dusted cornmeal

7. Apply toppings (less is more with our Neapolitan pizza dough)

8. Bake for 12-16 minutes depending on your oven or preference, let cool, and enjoy!
